When will I receive my reading?
During my working hours, I deliver same-hour readings whenever possible! Outside of working hours, or when I have a higher volume of orders, it may take a bit longer, but I always do my best to get your reading to you as quickly as I can. I'll keep you updated through Etsy messages if there's any delay.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
If I haven't started your reading yet, absolutely, just message me. Once delivered, refunds aren't standard, but if something feels off or unclear, reach out before leaving a review. I always want to make it right.
My reading didn't resonate with me, why?
Energy shifts, and readings reflect your current path, not a fixed future. If it didn't land, message me! I'm happy to clarify or offer a follow-up.
I didn't get a message from you yet, what should I do?
No news just means I'm still working on it! I only communicate through Etsy messages, so sit tight, you'll hear from me as soon as possible!
How do I choose what my reading focuses on?
Each listing has a dropdown so you can select your preferences (topic, focus area, etc.) at checkout. The more specific you are, the more tailored your reading will be.
What is the printable keepsake?
It comes free with every reading, attached to the same Etsy message. It's a PDF showing the cards I actually drew for you, each one in the position it fell into, with your full reading set out underneath. It's laid out to print at home on standard letter paper, but it reads just as well on a phone or a tablet. Yours to keep either way.
